Please read these terms and conditions (the 'Terms and Conditions') carefully. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Site and constitute an agreement between you and Vice & Virtue. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age and legal authority in your state or province of residence and/or you have given your consent to allow any of your minor or legal dependents to use this site. Vice & Virtue reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guidelines of the Site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Product Content, Availability, Pricing and Exchanges/Refunds:

Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item shown on the Site may not be in stock before we post a notification on the Site or remove it. Where possible, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options. Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on the Site due to our conversion-system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We offer one free exchange when a ring is ordered in the wrong size. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order by e-mail clearly stating that an exchange or return is requested. It is not possible to request an exchange for a different item. After an exchange for a different size is requested and agreed upon by both the customer and Vice & Virtue, Vice & Virtue no longer accepts a return for a refund for that item. When you cancel an order, we reserve the right to deduct a 0.5-5% processing-fee of the total amount refunded. When you cancel an order that includes a gold item or an item with a. unique precious stone, we reserve the right to deduct an 8% fee of the total amount of that particular item. When you cancel an order after it has been shipped, a refund will only be made when the item has been returned to us unworn and without damage (packaging included). Costs of return-shipping are never refunded. When a package is lost during the shipping process to the customer, and the customer requests a refund, the refund will only be approved by Vice & Virtue after the shipping agent has completed its protocol regarding the missing package. No refunds will be given before this protocol is completed and any damages claimed by Vice & Virtue have been paid in full by the shipping agent. Any returns shipped from the customer to Vice & Virtue fall under the responsibility of the customer. Items that suffer damage during return shipping from the customer to Vice & Virtue due to improper packaging will be assessed by Vice & Virtue to establish the repair cost. This amount will be deducted from your total order amount refunded. If a return order is improperly packaged, causing the original packaging to be damaged, or returned with incomplete packaging, this will result in a fee deducted from the total order amount refunded. This applies to premium packaging and certifications of authenticity. Any items ordered in a different material than what's offered on our website (For example, you request one of our silver rings in gold) are considered a custom order and are not exchangeable nor returnable and will never be refunded. Items that are engraved with a custom image, text, or letter(s) are considered custom and are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable. Vice & Virtue is not responsible for any tax or import duty charged on our products when shipping outside of the United Kingdom. We make every attempt to ensure that our online info is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is different, colour and size may vary slightly. We want to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible. On the Site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing. Exact sizes and sizing conventions vary both by the measurement convention of a country’s metric and by the discrepancies of arbiters therein. The sizing convention used by Vice & Virtue is displayed in the Sizing detail page of the website and products are made according to those figures, and international conversion rates if applicable.

DISPUTES:

Any and all disputes and disagreements between us will be governed by laws of the UK, you agree that you will bring any claims only in the courts of the United Kingdom. You also agree that unless you are prohibited from law in doing so, you promise you will bring any and all disputes, claims and causes of action against Vice & Virtue individually, without resort to any form of class action. Finally, unless the law prohibits you from doing so, you agree to waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
